Starting from 16 February, I will start the 16 weeks programme of gaining my very own six packs, which I always dream to have them and for years of training until now, there isn't any!!! Sad!!!
For the past few days, went to watch and read how to gain six packs and when I came to this website, which I forgotten, I read this guy biography and many people around the world linked to his website of his 16 week work out routine to gain six packs. After reading it, it made me want to follow his style of working out and on Thursday night, I tried the first week routine and it really works!!! Luckily I bought a set of resistant bands for my work out!!! And bought GNC protein bars for my meals!!!
Hope I can succeed my wish and gain those packs!!! My aim is to have Randy Orton from the World Wrestling Entertainment(WWE) body shape!!! Here is the picture of it!!!
